Judgment

( 1 ) THE petitioner seeks compassionate appointment to the post of naka Guard/safi Karmchari in the Nagarpalika Mandal, Nagaur on the demise of his father on 19. 11. 1975, during service. Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that on the death of father of the petitioner Sh. Pukhraj, his widow was appointed on compassionate ground vide order dated 30. 1. 1986. The petitioner after attaining the age of majority seeks compassionate appointment.

( 2 ) RULE 66 of the Rajasthan Recruitment of Dependants of Government servants Rules, 1975 deals with the definition of family. In the first category, the respondents are to take into consideration the wife in case of deceased male servant and the son is in third category. The respondents have considered the wife and appointed her and complied the provisions of law. Neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present. The petition is dismissed in default of appearance.
