Judgment :

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents from proceeding with the auction of the property pursuant to proceedings (in O.A.No.121/03) in D.R.C.No.37/04 on the file of 3rd respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner to that effect in the writ petition has also made an endorsement.

2. Recording the said endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. W.P.M.P.No.30074/2005 and W.V.M.P.No.2149/2005 are also dismissed.
