1. The petitioners have filed this petition under Sec.439 cr. P. C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.79 dated 7.7.2006 registered under Sections 420/417/506 IPC at Police Station Khamanon. I have heard the counsel for the parties. In the aforesaid case, the petitioners are in custody since 16.7.2006. Till date, the charge has not been framed. The trial is not likely to be concluded soon. The petitioners are facing the offences triable by the magistrate. In view of the aforesaid facts, I deem it appropriate to grant regular bail to the petitioners and they are accordingly ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
