Nirmal Singh, J.

1. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was making a conspiracy to commit dacoity alongwith Gurdayal, Naresh @ Nitu, Sanjeev, Sushil, etc. Gurdayal, Sanjeev and Sushil have already been released on bail. The case of the petitioner is not distinguishable than those.

2. So without making any comments on the merits of the case, the petitioner be admitted to bail to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Sonepat.
