Police, Agra, Range, Agra, enclosed as Annexure-1, 1A and 2 to the writ petition.

b. issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondents

Authorities, not to give effect the punishment order dated 29/3/07 & 29/3/2007, passed by the

Respondent No.4, and 29/4/08, passed by the Respondent No.3."
