1. The appellants have filed the present appeal impugning an order dated 26.07.2019 (hereafter ‘the impugned order’) delivered by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 8092/2019 captioned Uday J Desai & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors., whereby the said Writ Petition preferred by the appellants was rejected.
