These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against the order dated

03.04.2024 passed by learned VII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai, (Rent Control Appellate Authority) in RCA No.110 of 2022, modifying the order passed by the learned XIV Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai, in RCOP. No.795 of

2015 dated 20.04.2022.

2. When these matters were taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for both sides that the matters have been settled between the parties and thereby, they seek permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and to that effect, they rely on the Joint Memo of Compromise dated

29.10.2024 in C.M.P.No.20675 of 2024 in C.R.P.No.445 of 2023.

3. Taking into consideration the Joint Memo of Compromise dated

29.10.2024 filed by both the parties and recording the submissions made by the learned counsels on both sides, these Civil Revision Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
