O R D E R
1. It is unfortunate that Mr. Shibashish Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the State of Odisha is seriously indisposed and not in a position to attend the Court.
2. However, that cannot be seen as a valid reason for non-filing of the counter afÏdavit by the State of Odisha. We fail to comprehend as to what prevented the State of Odisha to file the requisite afÏdavit in compliance with the order dated 7th May, 2025, passed in continuation of an earlier order dated
5th March, 2025.
3. While appreciating the medical condition of Mr. Mishra, we require the State of Odisha to file the requisite afÏdavit immediately but not later than a fortnight from date.
4. Mr. Manav Sabharwal learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State of Odisha.
5. Formal service of notice on the respondent-State of Odisha is dispensed with.
6. Relist M.A. after three weeks alongwith WP(C) No. 675 of 2025.
