1. Heard. The dispute is in respect of the property which is subject matter of Suit No. 6864 of 1999. This property approximately admeasures 31,000 sq. metres. It belongs to the Airport Authority of India who is defendant in the said suit. The said suit is for specific performance of the agreement, filed by the respondent No.1 on the basis of an agreement dated 6/7/1995. The suit was instituted on 5th November 1999. There was an order passed by this Court on 2/5/2001, that the defendant shall not transfer, sell, alienate or cre
