28^th October 2009 cancelling the petitioner's appointment as Aanganbari Sevika

which order was itself challenged in a previous writ petition preferred by the same

petitioner along with another co-petitioner in WPS No. 5552/2009. Counsel for

the petitioner submits that though, the said writ petition was decided by the

judgment dated 7^th November 2012, but there was no adjudication in respect of

the present petitioner.
