This is an application on behalf of the petitioner seeking leave of

this Court to withdraw this writ petition on the ground that the petitioner has

already availed of the alternative remedy by way of a civil suit under the

Copyright Act and the same is pending before the 2^nd Additional District

Judge, Jammu. The petitioner also seeks liberty to pursue the said suit pending

before the 2^nd Additional District Judge, Jammu.
