The present civil revision petition has been filed seeking a

direction to the first Appellate Court to decide applications dated 28.5.2015

(Annexure P-4) and 26.12.2018 (Annexure P-7) filed under Order 39 Rules

1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 along

with the appeal in a time-bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said

applications are fixed for hearing today before the Appellate Court.

There is no doubt that if the parties co-operate, the Appellate

Court shall decide the applications as expeditiously as possible.

The revision petition stands disposed of.
