DATE OF DECISION:13.11.2006
Sukhbir Singh
..........Petitioner
Versus
State of Haryana
..........Respondent
CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SATISH KUMAR MITTAL
Present:-
Shri G.S. Hooda, Advocate
for the petitioner.
Shri M.S. Sindhu, DAG, Haryana.
****
Petitioner Sukhbir Singh apprehending his arrest in a non-
bailable offence in case FIR No. 144 dated 28.3.2006 under Sections
420/467/468/471/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar,
has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.
I have heard counsel for the parties and gone through the
contents of the FIR.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner sold his
share along with one Ram Ratti, who is alleged to have been impersonated
by Saraswati. Counsel further contends that Saraswati has already been
granted regular bail and her husband Mahender Singh, at whose instance,
she allegedly impersonated as Ram Ratti, has also been granted
anticipatory bail by this Court. Counsel contends that as far as petitioner is
concerned, he sold his share and he is not party to the conspiracy of
impersonation by Saraswati.
Counsel for the petitioner further contends that in view of the
order dated 21.9.2006, the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact
has not been disputed by the State Counsel.
Crl. Misc. No.56687-M of 2006
-2-

21.9.2006 is made absolute subject to the same terms and conditions.

material change in the circumstances. Thereafter the petitioner shall be
