Heard through Video Conferencing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, states that

the present petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the

petitioner has since been reinstated subject to the outcome of the enquiry

proceedings. She further states that the petitioner be given liberty to avail

his legal remedies in accordance with law once the enquiry proceedings

are concluded.

Mr. Puneet Jindal, Senior Advocate, appearing on behalf of

respondent Nos.3 and 4, has also reiterated that the petitioner has since

been reinstated subject to the outcome of the disciplinary proceedings

pending against him.

In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered

infructuous. The petitioner would always be at liberty to avail all the

remedies available to him in accordance with law on the conclusion of

the disciplinary proceedings against him.
