The petitioners seek a direction to the respondent-

authorities for allotment of plot under the 'Oustees quota'. It

is averred that their land measuring 7 kanal 18 marlas

comprised in Khasra No.19//9/2 (4-4), 20//13/3 (3-14), situated

within the revenue estate of village Fatehpur and Adampur

District Gurgaon, was acquired by the State for a public

purpose way back in the year 2005-2006 for the development

of Sectors-49 & 50 in urban estate, Gurgaon. The petitioners
