By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has approached

this Court praying for the following reliefs:

“I. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the

respondents may kindly be directed to cancel the tender

process carried out in pursuance of the advertisement

dated.13.7.2018 for Gram Panchayat Lambiya.

II. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the

respondents may kindly be directed to accept the application

form of the petitioner firm and after consideration upon the

same, successful applicant may be declared afresh.”

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner be allowed to

submit a representation to the Development Officer, Panchayat

Samiti, Jaitaran for ventilating its grievances and the Development

Officer in turn be directed to consider such grievances in an

objective manner.

In this background, the petitioner is given liberty to submit

its representation to the Development Officer alongwith a copy of

this order for reddressal of its grievance. The Development Officer

shall objectively consider such representation and pass a reasoned

order thereupon within a period of two weeks from the date of

receipt thereof.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition as

well as stay application are disposed of.
