The present petition has been filed seeking the following

reliefs:

"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari,

quashing the impugned order dated 16.11.2009, passed by the

respondent no.3, Annexure no.8 to the writ petition.

(ii) Issue a writ order, or direction in the nature of mandamus,

commanding to the respondents, directing the respondent no.3

to make the payment in pursuance of order of District College,

District-Muzaffar Nagar, and This Hon'ble Court, as Annexure

no.6 and 7 to the writ petition.

(iii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of which this

Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, in the circumstances of

the present case.

(iv) to award the cost of petition to the petitioner."

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
