This is the third bail application moved on behalf of the applicant. The first & second

bail application moved on behalf of the applicant was rejected vide orders dated

7.1.2016 and 1.9.2017.

It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has

been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive.

The new ground which has been taken by the learned counsel for the applicant is

that while rejecting the first bail application another Bench of this Court had directed

the trial Court to conclude the trial preferably within a period of eight months from the

date of receipt of certified copy of the order, but till date trial of the case is not
