1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Abhishek Kumar

Srivastava, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2, learned

AGA for the State.

2. The present Bail Cancellation Application has been filed

alleging that while arguing the bail application which was granted

vide order dated 11.11.2022 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application

No.33727 of 2022 granted by this Hon'ble Court in Case Crime

No.445 of 2021, under Sections 420, 506, 409 IPC, Police Station-

Civil Lines, District- Moradabad, a statement was made that the

applicant shall return the amount of the informant within 60 days

from the date of release, which has not been done by the informant

in the application. Thus, their bail may kindly be cancelled.

3. In the bail application here is no mention as to when the

informant was released, even otherwise
