Heard Shri Sharique Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant

and learned AGA for the State through video conferencing

mode.

Interim anticipatory bail was granted by this Court. No counter

affidavit has been forth coming till date. Interim anticipatory

bail was granted by this Court on 07.12.2021 to the applicant.

The reasons contained in the order dated 07.12.2021 granting

the interim bail application are sufficient for grant of

anticipatory bail till the conclusion of trial. Learned counsel for

the applicant also claims congruency in role with co-accused

person and seeks parity in relief with co-accused namely

Mohammad Fahad, who has been granted anticipatory bail by

this Court on 14.12.2021 Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail

Application No. 19591 of 2021. Lastly it is contended by the

learned counsel for applicant that the applicant shall not

abscond and will fully cooperat
