Heard Sri Narsingh Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and the

learned AGA for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs :

"(I) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the

First Information Report dated 07.11.2021 in Case Crime No.159/2021,

under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Dumariyaganj,

District Siddharth Nagar.

(II) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the

respondent no. 2 not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of FIR

dated 07.11.2021 in Case Crime No.159/2021, under Sections 498-A,

304-B IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Dumariyaganj, District Siddharth

Nagar.

Sri Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners states that this petition be

dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn but with

no liberty.
