UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

petitioners submitted on the basis of Annexure P-3 that

the date of commencement of the insurance policy was 16

July 2012 and since the death occurred within twelve

months of that date, the claim was not maintainable.

Issue notice returnable in eight weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be a stay of the

operation of the impugned judgment and order of the

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission dated 6

February 2019.
