UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following

ORDER

It is stated by the learned counsel that the contention that the

petitioner had nothing to do with the offence in question was urged

before the High Court; but from a perusal of the order of the High Court

it does not appear that such a contention has been raised before it. As a

matter of fact, the High Court has noticed th
