1. Heard Learned counsel for the petitoiner. Despite proof of service of notice since the last few occasions, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner under the circumstances pressures for interim relief as per the prayer made in the Special Leave Petition. It is submitted that the respondent earns about Rs.4,00,000/- p.m. (Rupees Four Lakhs) as per the statement of his Bank Account maintained with the HDFC Bank.
