UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

We have heard Mr. Dayan Krishnan, learned Amicus

Curiae.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and the

request made by the present members of the Allotment

Committee, we allow this application and pass the

following order:

(i) The Allotment Committee stands reconstituted as

follows:

(a) Hon'ble Mr. Justice Jayant Nath, Retd.,

High Court of Delhi.

(b) Mr. Amar Nath, Retd. District Judge,

Delhi Judicial Services.

(c) Mr. Ravinder Bhatia, C.A., Sr. Partner,

M/s. Bhatia & Bhatia.

(ii) The members of the reconstituted Allotment Committee

will get the same remuneration as was given to the

erstwhile members of the Allotment Committee.

In other words, the terms and conditions of the newly

constituted Allotment Committee will be on the same terms

and conditions.

(iii) We permit the Allotment Committee to execute,

register and carry out all necessary and consequential

steps required as per law for conferring clear marketable

title of the flats in favour of the eligible flat buyers.

(iv)The Allotment Committee to complete the allotment

process by the end of April, 2022.

In view of the above, the miscellaneous application

is disposed of.

In addition to the above, learned Amicus Curiae has

brought to our notice that the National Consumer

Redressal Disputes Commission (in short, "NCDRC"), New

Delhi has not opened any account for execution

proceedings. Resultantly, the direction given in order

dated 22.10.2021, to transfer the amount lying in the

Registry to such account number to be furnished by the

learned Amicus Curiae, needs to be modified as follows:
