Having heard the petitioner-in-person, and keeping in

view his economic condition, I am of the view that some concession

in depositing the costs should be given to him. Hence, the cost of

Rs.50,000/- is reduced to Rs.30,000/-. The same shall be deposited

by the petitioner-in-person with the Supreme Court Employees’

Mutual Welfare Fund within two months from today, failing which the

special leave petitions shall stand dismissed without further

reference to the Court.
