UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Delay in filing the application for restoration is condoned,

application for restoration is allowed and the special leave

petition is restored to its original number, subject to payment of

costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only), to be deposited

with the Supreme Court Secretarial Staff Welfare Association

(SCSSWA) within two weeks from today.

In case learned counsel for the petitioner fails to deposit

the said amount within aforesaid period, the applications for

restoration and for condonation of delay in filing restoration

application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the

Court.

M.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
