CBI and ED , the applicant's counsel argued that bail should be granted considering the protracted trial, the applicant's cooperation, and the fundamental right to a speedy trial under Article 21 of the Constitution. He further argued that the twin conditions under Section 45 of the PMLA could be relaxed in light of prolonged incarceration and the applicant's willingness to cooperate.
