judgement
Subject : - Writ Petitions
The petitioner had approached the court, being aggrieved by the fact that an application filed by the petitioner seeking sanction to prosecute respondents 2 to 5 had not been considered by the 1st respondent.
The learned senior Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the application for sanction to prosecute respondents 2, 3, and 5 was considered by the competent authority and rejected on 6.5.2015. The application for sanction to prosecute the 4th respondent was also considered and rejected on 22.7.2015.
After considering the contentions raised and the submissions made by the learned senior Government Pleader, the court was of the view that the reliefs sought in the writ petition had become infructuous.
Accordingly, the court dismissed the writ petition as infructuous.
