Judgment
O. CHINNAPPA REDDY, J.:- In both these petitions it is admitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the documents upon which grounds of detention are based were not supplied to the detenus along with the grounds of detention. In view of the long line of decisions of this Court, we have no option but to direct the detenus to be set at liberty forthwith. It is so ordered.
Order accordingly.
