( 2 ) HAVING regard to the conflict in the decisions of this Court in Abdul Rashid Ibrahim Mansuri v. State of Gujarat and Sajan Abraham v. State of Kerala both rendered by a three-Judge Bench, relating to the provisions of Section 42 of the NDPS Act, these appeals are referred to a larger Bench.
