2. It appears that there is apparent conflict in two three-Judge Bench judgments of this Court in Rajasthan SRTC v. Krishna Kant, (1995) 5 SCC 75 : (1995) 31 ATC 110 and Rajasthan SRTC v. Khadarmal, (2006) 1 SCC 59 . Let the appeals be placed before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India for placing the matters before a larger Bench.
