ORDER :

1. This is an appeal filed under Section 62 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 against the judgment dated 24.07.2020 passed by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal New Delhi in Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No.466 of 2020.

2. Having considered the facts and circumstances on record, especially paragraphs 9, 10 and 17 of the judgment under appeal, we see no reason to interfere.

3. The civil appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
