( 1 ) " (A) By calling for the records relating to and connected with the letter dated March 12,2002 (correct date is March 12,2003) of the Director, The Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad and quash or set aside the same holding it as arbitrary, illegal and malafide.
