( 1 ) THE present L. P. As. are filed against the judgment and decree dated 6-4-1993 passed by this Court in C. C,c. A. No. 185/1982.

( 2 ) L. P. A. NO. 215/1994 is filed by defendant No. 6 aggrieved by the findings of the trial court, as confirmed by the learned single Judge, with regard to House No. 1-41 i. e. , item No. 1 of B schedule property.

( 3 ) L. P. A. NO. 216/1994 is filed by the plaintiffs 1 and 2 in the suit aggrieved by the judgment of the learned Single Judge, confirming the judgment of the trial court in o. S. No. 251/1980.

( 4 ) SINCE both the appeals arise out of same judgment and decree dated 6-4-1993 in c. C. C. A. No. 185/1982, they are being disposed of by this common judgment. For the sake of convenience, the parties shall be referred as plaintiffs and defendants i. e. , as per their array in the original suit.

( 5 ) THE brief facts are as follows: plaintiffs 1 and 2 and defendant No. l are brothers and are sons of late Laxma Reddy. Defendants 2 and 3 are their sisters.
