1. This Second Appeal, under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), is filed by the plaintiffs in O.S.No.331 of 2003 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sangareddy against the judgment and decree dated 30-09-2009 passed in the said suit as confirmed by the Court of the Principal District Judge, Medak at Sangareddy by judgment and decree dated 23-06-2012 passed in A.S.No.1 of 2010. This Second Appeal is heard and being disposed of at the stage of admission at the request of the counsel for either side.
2. The appellants herein instituted the above said suit for cancellation of registered gift deed bearing document No.2550/2002, dated 20-12-2002 in respect of the suit schedule lands and for perpetual injunction against the defendants and their men from interfering with the peaceful and lawful possession. The following are the plaint schedule properties.
