1. This Criminal Appeal, under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, "Cr.P.C."), is directed against the judgment, dated 05.10.2007, in Sessions Case No. 54 of 2007 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Nizamabad, whereunder and whereby, appellant herein/A-1 was found guilty of the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, "I.P.C.") and accordingly, he is convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of ` 2,000/- and in default of payment of fine, to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of four months.
