1. The unsuccessful writ petitioner in W.P. No. 26476 of 2003 preferred this writ appeal under Clause 15 of Letters Patent, challenging the findings recorded by the learned Single Judge.

2. The parties to the appeal will hereinafter be referred as petitioner and respondents to avoid confusion.

3. The petitioner filed W.P. No. 26476 of 2003 Article 226 of the Constitution of India questioning the legality and validity of the proceedings of the first respondent dated 07.07.2003 dismissing the revision filed by the petitioner, which was received by him on 27.10.2003 on various grounds.

4. It is alleged that, father of the petitioner purchased an extent of Ac. 20.86 cents in Patta No. 7 (New Patta No. 404) in R.S. No. 86 and 87 situate in T. Sirasapalli Village, Munagapaka Mandal, Anakapalle, Visakhapatnam District, in a public, auction conducted by the Chemudu Estate on 08.11.1944 through Ex. P-3. In addition to the aforesaid land, he also purchased an extent of Ac. 2-00 in the same Patta number by Registered Sale Deed dated 11.01.1956. At the time of purchase, the land was un-surveyed, Memo Rc. No. 2708/54 dated 17.07.1954 issued by the Tahsildar Man
