ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:-

"To issue an appropriate Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in highhandedly trying to enter upon the lands of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.1.00 cents in Sy.No.105-15 situated in Chinnapanduru Village, Vardaiahpalem Mandal, Chittoor District, without acquiring the same as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and consequently direct the Respondents to follow due process of law and pay compensation as per the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 if the lands of the petitioners are required for any public purpose and to pass such other order."
