JUDGMENT
1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and none appears for the respondents.
2. The respondent Nos.2, 3, 5 and 6 who are the respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 & 5 in the court below remained exparte. Hence, the issuance of notices to them in this civil revision petition is dispensed with. For the remaining respondents, notices have been sent and they are served but none appears.
3. This revision petition is filed against the order in I.A.No.1705 of 2022 in O.S.No.81 of 2015 on the file of Principal District Judge, West Godavari, Eluru, dtd. 31/1/2023, transposing the 1st defendant in the suit as 2nd plaintiff in the suit by allowing the said I.A.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners herein are the defendant Nos.10 and 11 in the suit filed by the first respondent/plaintiff. The suit is for partition and the plaintiff is challenging the transactions held by the defendant Nos.2 to 4 in favour of the other defendants on the ground of minority by that time. The first defendant remained exparte in the suit. During the pendency of the above suit, the respondent No.1/plaintiff filed the above said I.A before the court below under Order 1 Rule 10 r/
