JUDGMENT

MOHAN SHANTANAGOUDAR, J.—This appeal is filed by the original defendants in O.S. No. 144/2003 against the judgment and decree dated 10.11.2006 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Harihar, in the said suit.

2. For the purpose of convenience, the parties are referred to as per their ranking before the Court below.
