Challenging the judgment and order of conviction and sentence passed against him, accused in S.C.No.183/2016 on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge (Special Court for POCSO), Kolar has preferred this appeal.
2. Appellant was sole accused in S.C.No.183/2016 before the trial Court. For the purpose of convenience, the parties are referred to henceforth according to their ranks before the trial Court.
3. Accused was tried in S.C.No.183/2016 for the charge for the offence punishable under Section 302 of IPC on the basis of the charge sheet filed by Vemagal Police in Crime No.265/2016 of their police station. Crime No.265/2016 was registered against the accused on the bas
