Headnote:Section 30 -Award-Arbitration clause in agreement-Disputes between parties-Respondents invoking arbitration clause-Appointment of sale Arbitrator-Arbitration award-Setting aside of-Ground-Arbitrators bias - Maintainability.

       Petitioners were aware of alleged Arbitrators bias some months prior to arbitrations commencement. Though petitioners not actually participated in proceedings of arbitration, continuity of arbitration proceedings culminating in award was allowed by them. Held-Petitioners could not be allowed to seek setting aside of award on ground of Arbitrators bias at such a law stage. (Case law discussed.
