1. Instant appeal has been filed by the appellant-wife against the judgment dated 11.08.2009, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna in Matrimonial Case No. 567 of 2007, whereunder learned Principal Judge held that the wife continuously caused mental cruelty to her husband and he is entitled for decree of divorce on the ground of cruelty and ordered that a decree of judicial separation be granted.
2. Before proceeding to consider the submission made on behalf of the parties, it is necessary to notice few dates, events in order to appreciate the submission made on behalf of the parties.
3. Appellant and respondent joined Indian Railway Accounts Service in the year 1998 and underwent training at Railway Staff College, Baroda, National Institute of Financial Management, Faridabad, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, Dehradun and thereafter worked at Danapur. During training and while working both came to know each other well and decided to get married. Their engagement ceremony was performed in July, 2001.
