2. The relief prayed for in the writ application reads as:

The respondents may kindly be directed to ensure amendment into 2nd Half of the clause 4(2) of the Bihar Panchayat Primary Teacher (Employment and Service Condition) Rules 2008 issued vide Human resource Development department Notification No. NI-3-02/06 part Kha 3148 dated – 25.08.2008, while taking recourse of Article 243 G of the constitution of India & Section 47,48 read with section 146 of the Bihar Panchayat Raj act 2007, with retrospective effect.
