Appellants Jabbar Mian, Mustafa Mian, Mauladin Mian, Ishaque Mian, Sakir Mian, Sakur Mian, Idrish Mian and Akhtar Mian have been found guilty for an offence punishable under Section 307/149 of the I.P.C. and each one has been sentenced to undergo R.I. for seven years as well as to pay fine appertaining to Rs.5,000/- in default thereof, to undergo S.I. for two months, additionally, under Section 326/149 of the I.P.C. and each one has been sentenced to undergo R.I. for seven years as well as to pay fine appertaining to Rs.5,000/- in default thereof, to undergo S.I. for two months, additionally, under Section 324/149 of the I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo R.I. for three years, under Section 148 of the I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo R.I. for three years, under Section 341 of the I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo S.I. for one year.
