ORDER

1. Learned counsel for the CBI has placed on record the progress report of investigation, which is undertaken by the CBI as per the direction of this Court. The progress report is produced before us.

2. CAN 2 of 2022 has been filed by one Anindya Sundar Das.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant in CAN 2 of 2022 is directed to supply legible copy of the application with all the annexures to all the concerned parties.

4. It is open to all the concerned parties to file response to the same before the next date of hearing.

5. We make it clear that the identity of the victim will not be disclosed by any of the authority or person.

6. List along with WPA(P) 161 of 2022 on 20th of May, 2022.
