JUDGMENT :
1. The petitioner is apprehensive that her grandsons would be implicated in a criminal case by the Officer-in-Charge, Shyampur Police Station in connivance with the respondent no. 6.
2. A civil suit is pending between the petitioner and the respondent no. 6. There is an order of status quo passed in the civil suit. An order of police help for implementation of the order of status quo was obtained by the respondent no. 6. Disputes arose with regard to the status quo order passed in the civil suit. It appears that a criminal case is also pending against one of the grandsons of the petitioner. Specific allegations have been made about atrocities of the police authorities.
3. A letter of the learned advocate of the petitioner addressed to the Director General of Police, West Bengal, Superintendent of Police, Howrah Rural and Officer-in-Charge, Shyampur Police Station has been relied upon, in order to highlight the overt act of the police authorities and the constant threat that was posed to the petitioner and her family members.
4. As the petitioner has already approached the Superintendent of Police, Howrah (Rural) by filing a demand of justice through her learned advocate date
