1. The appellant by way of this appeal has challenged the judgment of conviction dated 03.09.2002 passed by the Special Judge and the First Additional Sessions Judge, Jagdalpur District Bastar (C.G.) in Special Case No. 3/99 whereby and whereunder, he has been convicted and sentenced as under:
