1. The applicant has filed this Civil Revision under Section 392 of the CG Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (in short “the Act”) being aggrieved by the order dated 9.5.2024 passed by the Third Additional District Judge, Raipur (CG) in Civil MJC No.89/17. By the impugned order, the MJC was allowed on the ground that the Appeal Committee of the concerned Municipal Corporation has passed the order dated 11.4.2016 in favour of the present applicant without considering the delay in preferring the subject appeal.
